An Integrated Path to Healing

I believe that true wellbeing arises from the harmonious integration of mind and body. By bridging the gap between clinical psychological theory-practice and ancient somatic wisdom, I offer a comprehensive healing experience that addresses both the mental patterns and physical responses to stress and trauma.

Somatic Foundations (Yoga)

Through mindful movement and breath regulation, you can address the nervous system directly. Yoga provides the tools to manage physical tension and develop a grounded presence, creating the stability needed for deeper emotional work.

Cognitive Resilience (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy offers evidence-based strategies to identify and pivot from unhelpful thought patterns. By integrating CBT, you move from bodily awareness to psychological clarity, establishing sustainable mental health habits.
